About This Gin
This time around we’re doing an interesting contrast. A pair of gins that found two different ways of upping the flavour – a navy strength and a spiced gin. The now-discontinued Holyrood spiced gin is an interesting and quite delightful take on gin, with a particularly wintery feel.

Tasting Notes
From the makers: “Traditional juniper, coriander and angelica backbone supported by fresh red cherries, fresh clementine zest and warming spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and allspice berries.”
Adam’s notes: “It smells like you should be pouring this into cookie batter, to make a sort of German-style cookie. A wonderful rustic set of European spice flavours with the cherry and clementine notes.”
