Why This Bottle?
Based in the tourist hot spot of Granville Island in downtown Vancouver, this distillery triple distils their spirits in a high-quality German-engineered copper still. Origins is a limited run annual release that consistently sells out at the distillery shop and can be quite hard to find. The base of this gin is 100% organic BC wheat, and it is flavoured with 25 locally harvested botanicals.
Strath Panel Notes
Caramel apples and soft blossoms on the nose. Notes of white pepper and lemon myrtle. Complex and delicate, well-orchestrated aromas, where one does not stand out too much against the others.
The palate is more herbal than the nose, quite dry with a pronounced juniper taste.

Will It G&T? This gin stands perfectly well on its own, but when mixed with tonic it truly comes to life. The flavours combine perfectly and the sweetness really lifts the flavours of the gin.
