The Fall 2022 Festival Welcomes Affinity Ciderhouse
“Affinity Ciderhouse is a small-batch cidery located in the Cowichan Valley. The cidery is dedicated to producing quality, traditionally made dry ciders using entirely gleaned fruit from the back yards and hedgerows of the valley. While the focus is on apple cider, you’ll find a number of other local fruits making their way into special blends being released throughout the year.” – Affinity Ciderhouse


Blackberry Dessert Wine
1oz pour for 1 token.
19% ABV
A Sweet counterpart for the ciders, this fortified blackberry wine has notes of cassis, dates, and the plump blackberries handpicked in the Cowichan Valley. Best served slightly chilled, it is excellent on its own or with dark chocolate for a decadent treat.

Modern Dry
4oz pour for 1 token.
6.7% ABV
A mix of locally grown dessert and crab apples. This cider is fermented with a wild yeast and presents a delicate bouquet of flora I and apple aromas, with a clean, tart finish. Pairs well with younger soft cheeses.

Pome Blend
4oz pour for 1 token.

Apples, pears and quince come together in this cider. While dry, Pome Blend has a distinctly sweet character with toffee aromas and notes of peardrops. Prosciutto and sourdough makes for an excellent pairing.
