The Fall 2022 Festival Welcomes Antidote Distilling Company

 

“We ferment and distill the ‘Spirit of Alberni’ with locally sourced grains and fruit, while crafting our products with the 'wild-at-heart' in mind. By sourcing recycled bottles and by keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible, we want to lead the new wave in sustainable craft distilling. London Dry- Style Gin

As one of the first products to be released by Antidote Distilling Co, we really wanted to capture the 'Spirit of Alberni' in a bottle.
This contemporary Juniper-led Gin shows great balance between citrus and floral. Fresh botanicals like lemon peel, Naval orange, cucumber and Nootka Rose are all distilled separately using our very unique vacuum still.

Black Gin

0.5oz pour for 1 token.

For this naturally colored Black Gin, botanicals like Juniper, Rooibos & Spruce are distilled using a traditional copper pot still.  Our distinct blend of black truffles & hand foraged mushrooms like Morel, Blue Oyster, Shiitake & Chanterelles are distilled with our very unique vacuum still. Sustainably foraged Salal berries adds an elegant sweetness on the palate. We rest the gin in traditional Italian clay amphorae.
