An intense and mineral driven wine with a nose of ripe pear, honeydew melon, blood orange, grapefruit and a touch of honey with some apple blossom, lemon zest, lime and fresh  cilantro. Dry, zippy and fresh with a palate packed with citrus fruits, baking spice, subtle fennel and a long, lively wet stone mineral finish.
