An exquisite blend of old lambics aged in a variety of barrels. Pale gold with a fine head. Shows aromas and flavours of tree fruit, sourdough, earth and old oak with natural cider and sparkling wine tones. The palate is slightly bittersweet, funky and complex, with and a crisp, tangy citrus finish.
