Located on the South Island, Central Otago is the land par excellence for New Zealand Pinot Noir. A vinification in whole bunches gives this cuvée a beautiful structure. The palate of great freshness is activated around notes of candy, strawberry, cola and flowers. Serve with beef fajitas or coq au vin.
