BE EASY /// The world is wild, the days are long, but you’ve earned this refreshing treasure, in fact, we brewed it just for you. Both grounded and adventurous, we started by brewing a clean, light golden sour, with soft honey and lemon notes, we then layered 150kg of organic raspberries on to the beer during primary fermentation. Finally, we conditioned the beer on cold steeped, locally roasted coffee selected by our good friends at Old Crow Coffee Co. This beer is light, refreshing and has wonderful depth that changes with every drink.
