Fruitier than the previous two vintages, but it’s the same concept: everything destemmed, a small portion was done semi-carbonic, open top fermenters, and pressed off into a combo of neutral and new French barrels, amphora, and concrete. It’s fresh, fruity, food-friendly, it’s FUBAR!
