Simply put, lager is delicious – and more often than not, it is the beer in the brewer’s glass. A snappy little grain bill, gently hopped and dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and  Hallertau Mittlefruh- two delicious German hops from the new school and the old school. Blanc imparts a light white grape thing and Mittlefruh brings the classic herbal floral notes.
