This is the hotly anticipated follow-up to our wildly popular Dram Association cask from last year. This eleven years aged malt from a first-fill sherry cask packs a whole world of flavour. No chill filtration, no colouring, no dilution, no compromising.

Sweet sherry and savoury smoke intermingle in a gloriously harmonious nose of bacon jam, cranberry sauce, ash-rolled goat’s cheese, and smoky lemon iced tea.

The palate showcases the peat upfront, becoming creamier with lemon curd and rum raisin fudge to a consistent and lengthy finish which becomes herbal towards the end.

Sweet stewed fruit and toasted hazelnut aromas with clementine peel and rich treacle toffee, followed by a touch of smoke.
