Brought to us by the same experts that are responsible for the Blanton’s Single Barrel releases, Caribou Crossing is the original Single Barrel Canadian whisky. Distilled at the legendary Corby distillery in Montreal (now known as the Montreal Sazarac Facility), this spirit is normally shipped down to Buffalo Trace to use in their blending. Now we here in Canada get to bask in the fruits of our own labour with this single cask release. We’re not letting the Americans take all of our great whisky this year!
