Founded in 1869, Cragganmore was the brainchild of “Big” John Smith, a former manager of Macallan, Glenlivet and Dailaine distilleries. The combination of unusually small stills with flat tops and a cooling technique called a “worm tub” (named for the shape, no actual worms involved) create a rich and bold spirit bursting with toffee and fruit flavours.

This limited edition is a first for Cragganmore. Although they usually use a very lightly peated malt, this is the first time in history that they have released a fully peated expression. And to make things better, it’s even at cask strength!
