Driftwood – Eccentricity Wheat Wine Bomber
ABV: % Bottle Size: ml Format: Single
Wheatwine
Type: Wheat Beer
Country: Canada
Region: British Columbia
A quirky but oddly intriguing intersection of wheat, rye and Amburana spirals, this potent libation knows it is right, and will hide in the back of your cellar until it is good and ready.
Eccentricity is a wheat wine, brewed with a strong wheat and rye malt bass, which was aging it on spirals of amburana—a Brazilian hard wood often used to age cachaca.
They say the resulting combination brings forth all the confectionery aromas of baked goods, and a palate that ranges from macadamia nut, to cinnamon, and even marzipan.
