Brewed with our friends at 33 Acres Brewing Company, this beer is a new take on an age old style using local ingredients. A true wit base beer using Field House Farm grown raw wheat, yarrow & coriander. We then fermented solely with one of 33 Acres favourite brett strains and aged the beer on fresh lemon zest. Bottle conditioned for extra effervescence, the result is a fruity brett wit with notes of fresh lemon and spice. Refined and Refreshing.
