This wine from the 2017 vintage has a medium to light lemon colour with aromas of stone and tropical fruit framed by light spicy notes from the barrel aging. On the palate the wine has flavours of green apple, and tropical notes framed by light toastiness and creamy mid palate. This is all rounded out by a refreshing crisp citrus finish and beautiful acidity. This wine can be consumed in the near term or aged for 3 to 5 years.
