This Crozes Hermitage is made from Syrah grapes grown on soils of granite slopes, pebble stones and terraces on the left bank of the Rhône River. Beginning with a nose of black fruits,  liquorice and violet notes, the palate is smooth and lively with stewed black fruit flavours and a spicy finish.  Dark and slightly broody, this wine is delicious now, but will easily cellar for few more years.
