This is a new vineyard for Lock & Worth planted in Okanagan Falls in 1995. This is a warmer site than the Kelowna vineyard and is picked earlier for acid retention. Destemmed and direct pressed this is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and old barriques. It spent only 6 months in barrel and is a brighter and fresher interpretation of Semillon. Unfined and unfiltered but clear and without sediment. Drink now – 2024
