Blender’s Release is the distillery’s most thoughtful Canadian single malt whisky to date.
This whisky is a blend of different casks that have matured for four years—some casks were ex-bourbon, some were virgin oak, some were smaller, some were larger.
They were all blended based on how they complimented one other. Rich in tropical fruit and baking spice, with layers of pineapple, honey, vanilla and cedar, Blender’s Release is an incredibly bright single malt that delivers a creamy and sumptuous, lingering finish.
