An ode to the Canadian spirit, Maple Whisky draws many of its unique flavours from the maple tree. We smoke our malted barley with maple wood and then age the distilled spirit for a minimum of three years in oak casks that were previously used to age maple syrup. Robust, with a slight smoky aroma and a touch of silky maple sweetness, this whisky is warm and rich enough to carry one through a long, cold winter.
