Ommegang 21st Anniversary Ale starts with a saison spiced with clove, cinnamon, ginger and lemon peel, and is then co-fermented with New York state apple cider. After packaging in beautiful screen printed bottles, the beer is bottle conditioned for champagne-like effervescence.
