This biodynamic winery has produced a bright and bouncy wine that is grown at 278 feet above sea level, higher than most of McLaren Vale. Like sipping fresh strawberry or cherry juice—with crushed rose petal and white pepper spice in the mix—it’s rounded out by soft, sandy tannins and plenty of acidity. Drink chilled in the summer with a cheese or meat platter.
