Overripe exotic fruit peels stuffed into a neoprene overshoe and dusted with ground-up old cough mixtures. Reduction brings a whole grove of pineapples; it begins raining fruit salad juices and slices of banana flapjack come whizzing overhead.

The mouth opens with the bang of a lobbed pina colada grenade. Fistfuls of fruity pink peppercorns, cherry menthol cough syrup, chili flakes and first aid kit sloshed full of olive oil and coconut water. With dilution we got a robust smack in the chops of butter icing, clotted cream, kirsch-soaked forest gateau and a whole punnet of foam banana candies.
