Sweet malts and Bilston Creek Farm’s island-grown lavender are combined with Moroccan orange to create notes of warming spices and honey. Local unmalted rye and wheat support a special Lithuanian Farmhouse ale yeast, for an added layer of juicy tropical fruit and aromatics.
